1. Eligibility Criteria for Refunds

a. Defective or Non-As-Described Products: If you find the purchased template to be defective or not as described on our website, we encourage you to contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase to seek assistance. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a full refund will be provided.

b. Download Issues: If you are unable to download the template after your purchase due to technical problems on our end, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. If we are unable to provide you with a successful download link, a full refund will be provided.

c. Duplicate Purchases: In cases where you have accidentally made a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase. Upon verification, one of the transactions will be refunded in full.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

a. Change of Mind: Please be advised that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind. It is important to read all available information about a template before you place your order.

b. Failure to Evaluate Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your system meets the requirements of the template. We do not offer refunds for failure to verify system compatibility.

c. Template Customization: We cannot offer refunds for any dissatisfaction stemming from your expectation of the template’s customization flexibility. Our templates are sold as described on our website. (You can request a Custom Modification Pricing from us)

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@excel-templates.com with the following details:

  • Your Order Number
  • The Email Address used for the purchase
  • A concise explanation of the issue or reason for the refund request

4. Processing Refund Requests

Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review the details and contact you within 2 business days with a decision or a request for more information. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, by our Payment Processor Company.
